Schedule online through our client portal or call reception during business hours. Select 'Client Product Pick-up', choose an available pickup window, and confirm. We'll hold products under your name for the selected date; bring your ID or confirmation when collecting.
Yes. Provide written authorization or add the authorized person's name in your client portal. The person must present government ID matching the authorization. For security, we may call you for confirmation before releasing products.
Most in-clinic product pick-ups are complimentary. Fees only apply for special handling, expedited requests, or delivery services. If a nominal processing charge applies we'll notify you at booking. Check the product page or contact reception for details.
Reserved items are typically held for seven days from the scheduled pick-up date. If you need more time, contact us before the expiry to request an extension. Unclaimed items may be returned to stock after the hold period.
Yes. Amendments can be made via your client portal or by calling reception, usually up to a few hours before your scheduled slot. Same-day changes depend on availability; we'll do our best to accommodate urgent adjustments.
Bring a government-issued photo ID (driver's licence or passport) and your booking confirmation or SMS. For prescription items, bring the prescription or ensure it's on file. Authorized collectors must present both their ID and your written authorization.
