You can schedule pickups online through our booking system or by calling the clinic. Walk-ins accepted when stock permits. Please bring your booking confirmation and valid ID to speed up collection and verify your order.

Yes, an authorized person may collect with prior written consent, the original purchaser's ID, and the collector's ID. We may also accept a signed authorization form or emailed permission to ensure proper verification.

Bring a government-issued photo ID and your booking confirmation or receipt. If products were prescribed, bring the prescription or patient reference. For minors, a guardian's ID and consent may be required.

Short-term storage is complimentary for a limited period, but long-term holding may incur fees. Perishable or reserved items could have stricter timelines. Contact the clinic for specific storage policies and any applicable charges.

Due to hygiene and safety, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within the specified return window with proof of purchase. Opened or dispensed items cannot be returned, but exchanges may be discussed case-by-case.
