Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow Tinting.
Tint longevity varies by hair type and aftercare. Generally, eyebrow tint lasts 4–6 weeks. Oily skin or frequent exfoliation may fade colour sooner. We recommend a tint refresh every 4–6 weeks and advise gentle cleansers and avoiding oil-based products around brows.
Yes with precautions: we perform a patch test 48 hours before service to check for allergies. We use gentle, salon-grade tints formulated for brows. If you have severe dermatitis or open skin, we may advise against tinting and suggest alternatives.
Not if professionally applied. We tailor pigment strength and shape to your facial features, using subtle layering to enhance natural hair. Our technicians blend shades and trim stray hairs so results look soft, defined and natural rather than harsh or blocky.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows; avoid exfoliation, chemical peels or retinol around the brow area for 48 hours. If you have recent tinting or microblading, inform us. A brief consultation will confirm colour and shape before application.
Yes. Tinting darkens fine, grey hairs and creates the appearance of fuller brows in sparse patches. Results vary with hair coarseness and colour. For very stubborn greys, we may recommend a slightly stronger pigment or combined shaping for optimal coverage.
Avoid water, steam, heavy sweating and oil-based products for 24–48 hours to allow dye to set. Use gentle cleansers, avoid harsh exfoliants, and schedule touch-ups every 4–6 weeks. Report any irritation; we’ll provide soothing care if necessary.
