Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Venus LHR Nape Pax 6.

The Pax 6 package includes six clinical laser sessions. We recommend spacing them about 4-8 weeks apart based on hair growth cycles and skin type. Many clients see meaningful reduction mid-series; occasional maintenance may be advised for lasting smoothness.

Pax 6 is designed for a wide range of skin tones with adjustable settings and cooling to reduce risk. A consultation and patch test determine suitability; recent tanning or certain medical conditions may require alternative timing or treatment options.

Most clients report mild discomfort like quick snapping or warm pulses. Pax 6's integrated cooling and adjustable power greatly reduce pain; topical numbing can be applied on request for especially sensitive individuals to improve comfort.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least two weeks prior. Do not pluck or wax the area; shaving 24 hours before is preferred. Inform us of medications, recent procedures, or skin sensitivities during your consultation.

Aftercare includes gentle cleansing, cooling packs for temporary redness, and daily sun protection with SPF 30+. Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24-48 hours. Delay exfoliation and strong products until the skin fully calms.

You may notice hair shedding and reduced regrowth within two to three weeks after a session, with progressive improvement across treatments. Significant long-term reduction typically appears after completing the six-session Pax 6 series, though individual results vary.
