Get answers to common questions about Sugaring Full Arms.
For best results, hair should be about 3-5mm (roughly the length of a grain of rice). Shorter hair may not catch, while longer hair can be trimmed beforehand for comfortable, effective sugaring.
Sugaring is generally less painful than waxing because the paste adheres to hair, not skin. Most clients report minimal discomfort; we apply expert technique and aftercare to reduce irritation, especially for acne-prone or sensitive skin types.
Most people enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular sugaring over time softens regrowth, often extending intervals between appointments and yielding finer, sparser hair.
Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils. Exfoliate gently 24-48 hours prior if not prone to irritation. Avoid sun exposure and retinoids 48 hours before to minimize sensitivity for a safe, effective service.
Proper sugaring performed by trained therapists is safe for acne-prone skin and may reduce inflammation by removing hair and exfoliating. We assess your skin first and adapt technique or postpone if active, severe acne could be aggravated.
Keep the area clean and avoid hot baths, saunas or heavy exercise for 24 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours. If irritation occurs, apply cooling aloe or our recommended post-care products.
